Women in Resources Lifetime Achievement Award	Erica Smyth
Congratulations to the recipients and to the CMEWA for these inaugural awards. This is a great initiative that will only get better with time. Personally I am thrilled to have received this recognition. I certainly didn't set out with this in mind but really is lovely to be recognised in such a way. I am looking forward to next year's event already. At least next time I will be able to relax!! Cheers, Sabina
